Abstract
The size of the capital adequacy ratio which is owned by the bank will be affected by the business risk, including liquidity risk, credit risk, operational risk and market risk. This study aimed to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, IRR and PDN simultaneously and partially significant effect on the capital adequacy of national private commercial bank to go public.The samples in this study were selected based on the criteria used in this study is the National Private Banks Go Public who have core capital of Rp 6 trillion to Rp 15 trillion, which is included in the capital of foreign banks started the first quarter of 2010 until the second quarter of 2014. Samples were Bank Internasional Indonesia, Bank OCBC NISP, Bank Mega, Bank UOB Indonesia. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results showed that LDR, IPR, NPL, BOPO, FBIR, IRR and PDN simultaneously have a significant impact on the capital adequacy of the national private commercial bank to go public. LDR, IPR, BOPO and FBIR have influence significant toward on the capital adequacy of the national private commercial bank to go public. NPL, IRR and PDN partially have influence unsignificant toward on the capital adequacy of the national private commercial bank to go public. Key Word : Business Risk and Capital Adequacy
