Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and dividend policy on stock returns in companies included in the LQ45 index. In this study, liquidity is measured by the current ratio, profitability is measured by the return on equity, and dividend policy is measured by the dividend payout ratio. The sample in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria and the sample used was 15 companies included in the LQ45 index for the 2014-2018 period. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing analysis with SPSS application tools. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns and the dividend payout ratio has no significant positive effect on stock returns, while the return on equity has a significant positive effect on stock returns.
