Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of behavioral intention, income and materialism on the behavior of financial management of high school teachers as equals. There are 260 respondents who have characteristics, namely respondents who work as teachers for at least one year, permanent teacher employment status, and the main income comes from teacher salaries. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling and PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Behavioral Intention has a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior, Revenue has a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior, and Materialism has a significant positive effect on Financial Management behavior Keywords: Financial Management Behavior, Behavior Intentions, Materialism
