Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of company size, liquidity, leverage and company growth on dividend policy in the manufacturing industry. This research was conducted using the purposive sampling method used in this study was SPSS-16. The populations in this study are manufacturing companies that publish financial reports in a row and complete from 2016-2018 ad many as 150 company samples. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study company size (assets growth), company growth (sales growth) have a positive dividend policy in the manufacturing industry and liquidity (CR), leverage (DER) have no effect on dividend policy on the manufacturing industry.
