Abstract
Saving and loan cooperatives are non-bank financial institutions in the form of cooperatives with the business activities of accepting deposits and lending money to their members at the lowest possible interest rate. Koperasi Sejahtera Surabaya provides one product, namely credit savings and loans. Data obtained using documentation and interview methods. The purpose of this study is to determine the procedure for grating credit to customers in prosperous coorperatives. The research with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors can find out how the procedures for granting credit to savings and loan coorperatives and whatever obstacles that occur when making loans. Keywords : procedure for granting savings and loans loans, coorperatives of the republic of indonesia prosperous prosperous employees.
