Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The indepedent variable used is capital structure and corporate governance, while dependent variable is financial performance. The population used is the food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. The sample used is 86 food and beverage companies using purposive sampling as a sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) and uses the WarpPLs version 5.0 test tool. The results showed that capital structure has an effect on financial performance, while corporate governance has no effect on financial performance. Keyword : financial performance, capital structure, corporate governance.
