Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the role of supervision, leadership style, understanding of good governance and professionalism on the performance of auditors in the East Java government. The subjects of this study are auditors who work at the BPKP representative office of East Java Province. The data used is secondary data through the BPKP RI website, the Representative of East Java Province. The data technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study explain that the variable professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of government auditors, while other variables, namely the role of supervision, leadership style, and understanding of good governance have no positive and insignificant effect on the performance of government auditors.
