Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of changes in directors, financial targets, nature of the industry, changes in auditors and the appearance of CEO images on fraud in financial statements. The subjects of this research are manufacturing sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2016 to 2018. The data technique used in this study is logistic regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this research explain that the variable changes in directors, financial targets, nature of the industry, auditor changes and the appearance of CEO images have no effect on fraud in financial statements.
