Abstract
Credit is the delivery of goods and services or money from one party on the basis of trust to another party with the promise to pay from the recipient to the lender on the date agreed upon by both parties. Bank Rakyat Indonesia has various types of credit, one of which is people's business credit. This credit is given to overcome capital problems that occur in a business. The purpose of this study is to find out about the implementation of people's business credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kertajaya Surabaya Branch Office. This research will focus on procedures, conditions, calculations, obstacles, and solutions to the obstacles. This study found no obstacles related to the procedure. Problems that still arise are related to bad credit for KUR. For this reason, Bank Rakyat Indonesia needs to establish communication and monitor the business conditions of customers, both when their business conditions are good or they are experiencing business problems.
