Abstract
Customer Service is what bridges communication between customers and banks. The purpose of this Final Project research is that the researcher wants to know the Role and Implementation of Customer Service at Bank Mandiri Surabaya Youth Branch Office. Problem Formulation in writing this Final Project is What are the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of Customer Service, How are Customer Service procedures in providing services to customers, How is the role of Customer Service in providing services to customers. This research was conducted at Bank Mandiri Surabaya Youth Branch Office. In this study using descriptive research methods with data interview techniques and documentation. The results of the Customer Service research play an important role in serving customers well. With Customer Service the quality of service will be better and customers will feel satisfied.
