Abstract

The objective of this study is: (1) to examine simultaneously the effect of LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR on Capital Adequacy (2) examine partially the positive effect of LDR, IPR, and FBIR on Capital Adequacy (3)examine partially the negative effect of NPL and BOPOon Capital Adequacy (4) examine partially the effect of IRR and PDNon Capital Adequacy. The dependent variable in this study is represented by Capital Adequacy, while the independent variables consisting of LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR. The samples of this study are Regional Development Bank, from the firs quarter periode of 2010 until second quarter periode of 2014. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling, so that from 26 Regional Development Bank, only 4 Regional Development Bank as sample. The technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis test. The result of this study is simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have affect on Capital Adequacy and partially LDR, IPR, PDN, and FBIRhave unsignificant negative effect on Capital Adequacy, BOPO have significant negative effect on Capital Adequacy, NPL have unsignificant positive effect on Capital Adequacy, and IRR have significant positive effect on Capital Adequacy.
