Abstract
Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional (BTPN) is a company engaged in banking which was founded in 1958 in Bandung, West Java, based on the thought of 7 (seven) people in an association of military retired employees who were later given the name of the Military Retired Employee Bank (BAPEMIL) with the status of business as an accepting association deposits and provides loans to members. Pension loans are loans given to pensioners who will receive pension benefits from the government or their widows based on a cooperation agreement between the bank and the manager of the pension fund. The purpose of this study is to determine the requirements for applying for credit, and the obstacles and solutions in the process of providing pension loans. This research method uses descriptive analysis method with observation and interview methods. The research is expected to find several problems related to knowing the requirements for applying for pension loans, knowing the procedures for granting pension loans and barriers to the process of providing pension loans. In the implementation of pension loans at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional KCP Krian there are several obstacles including typos, slip dapen cheking less good, covid-19 pandemic, and late getting a monthly salary.
