Abstract
The purpose of this research is analyzing whether LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have a significant influence simultaneously and partially on Regional Development Bank. The population of on Regional Development Bank, sample selection based on a purposive sampling technique. Documentation methods to collect data from published financial statements of Bank Indonesia and linear analysis techniques for data analysis .Samples of this research are three banks : BPD West Kalimantan, BPD South Kalimantan, and BPD South Sulawesi. Data is a secondary data starts from the first quarter period of 2010 until the second quarter of 2014.Based on the analysis and result by using SPSS 11,5 for windows, is shows that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously on ROA at Regional Development Bank. Partially, IRR have significant positive effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; IPR, NPL have unsignificant negative effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; LDR, APB, BOPO, and FBIR have unsignificant positive effect on ROA at Regional Development Bank; Keyword : Liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and ROA.
