Abstract
PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Office Cash Kalibutuh Surabaya has implemented a standardized service by the Head Office of the National Savings Bank. The Research objectives is to implement service for customer service standart operational procedure in the savings BTN batara collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that customer service has implemented appropriate standard operational procedures to provide services to customers who use BTN Batara savings products.
