Abstract
BNI Griya iB Hasanah is a product from BNI Syariah which is specifically aimed at the community to meet consumptive needs such as buying, building, renovating houses (including, shop houses, office houses, apartments and the like. To be able to apply for BNI Griya iB Hasanah financing, the public needs to know product procedures. The purpose of the study was to determine the BNI Griya iB Hasanah financing procedure. The data were obtained using document and interview methods. And the data were analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, the procedures that must be fulfilled were different based on the customer's job. want to apply for financing at the Dharmawangsa Branch of BNI Syariah Bank. This research is expected to find problems related to the BNI Griya iB Hasanah procedure. Conclusion The conclusions in this study are very useful for banks and prospective customers.
