Abstract
One of the product services that is widely used by customers at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Warugunung Surabaya Office Unit is the transfer service. In providing services to customers of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Surabaya Warugunung Unit Office has implemented a standardized service by the head office of the National Savings Bank. The research objective is to find out the procedures carried out by Bank BRI if there are obstacles in transfer transactions. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that customer service has implemented the handling of transfer barriers that are appropriate to provide services to customers who use BRI's transfer services. By handling these transfer barriers, customer service can provide the right and maximum service to its customers. Keywords: Procedure, Customer service, Obstacles, BRI Bank Transfer
