Abstract
Bulog Public Corporation (Logistics Business Entity) is a state-owned public company (BUMN) engaged in food logistics. In the implementation of rice procurement activities, Perum Bulog Subdivre North Surabaya is facilitated with a logistics information system (SIL). In accordance with SOP-18 / DA200 / 09/2018, SIL can be connected to several Sections related to rice procurement transactions, such as Procurement Section, Warehouse Section, Operations Section, Distribution Section, and Administration and Finance Section. SIL has several weaknesses, one of which cannot be connected directly with the Accounting Section which later records all transactions related to rice procurement. This is certainly very unfortunate, given the impact that varies, ranging from the high risk of tucked documents, the Accounting Section which requires more time in entering transactions, which causes the resulting financial statements to be less than optimal and slower completion from the specified date, until The Central Office of Logistics which takes more time in consolidating the financial statements of the National Office of Logistics in East Java.
