Abstract
This research is a form of qualitative descriptive study . In this study using multiple data collection techniques of observation , interviews and documentation . Researchers use a third technical data analysis is needed to determine how the profile of risk faced by banks Muamalat Surabaya on housing finance in musyrakahmutanaqisah . The Result of some the data collection techniques are some of the variables used in this study include : Risk of ownership , regulatory risk , market risk and credit risk.The fourth risk of direct impact of housing in MusyarakahMutanaqisah . In this study describes some form of control of the bank Muamalat to minimize the risks of such risk . Keyword :MusyarakahMutanaqisah, Risk of ownership (Risiko Kepemilikan) , regulatory risk (Resiko Regulasi) , market risk(Risiko Pasar) and credit risk (Risiko Kredit).
