Abstract
Internet Financial Reporting is a presentation of financial reporting via internet or company website where it is a form of voluntary disclosure made by the company. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and firm size on Internet Financial Reporting with ownership structure as a moderating variable. The subjects of this study are manufacture company listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2018. Data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of data analysis show that profitability, leverage, and liquidity have no effect on Internet Financial Reporting, then profitability, leverage, liquidity, and firm size on Internet Financial Reporting cannot be moderated by ownership structure, while company size has a significant positive effect on Internet Financial Reporting. This means that the size of a large company can add value to Internet Financial Reporting, which is indicated by the high disclosure through the company's website.
