Abstract
This research aimed to show the effects of Good Corporate Governance (Board of Directors, Ownership Managerial and Proportion of Independent Commissioner) and Intellectual Capital on the Financial Performance of manufacturing company that listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The number of samples used in this study were 33 companies that were taken using purposive sampling method. The results showed that: (1) Good Corporate Governance (GCG) positively influenced the Financial Performance, indicated by P value 0,025 and regression coefficient 1,149 (2) the Intellectual Capital positively influenced the Financial Performance, indicated by regression coefficient 0,690 and P value < 0,001
