Abstract
Banks have a important role for the community, so banks must continye to improve their performance. The purpose of this research is to determine whether LDR, IPR, NPL,APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and FACR have significant influence either simultaneously or partially. This research uses the population of Regional Development Banks with purposive sampling technique. The data used are secondary data taken from the website of the Financial Sevices Authory and InfoBank research bureau, with data collection methods using documentation method and data analysed using linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that LDR, IPR, NPL,APB, IRR, PDN, FBIR, and FACR simultaneously have a significant effect on return on assets of Regional Development Banks. LDR, IPR, FBIR partially have non-significant negative effects. IPR have a non-significant positive effect. NPL, APB on Credit have significant negative effects on return on assets in the Regional Development Banks. IRR, PDN, FACR has a significant negative effect. The meaning that liquity risk, credit risk, operational risk, market risk have a significant influence on the return on assets of banks in the Regional Development Banks which is the research sample.
