Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of earning quality, company size, institusional ownership and laverage on firm value in consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The variables examined in this study are earning quality, company size, institusional ownership and laverage. The samples used were 15 companies. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 20 by testing normality, descriptive statistics, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, F test, and t test. The results showed earning quality has an influence on firm value. While company size, institusional ownership and laverage have no influence on firm value.
