Abstract
This research aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, board of commissioners and independent commissioners on company performance in the consumer goods indutsry sector in the period 2013-2018. The sample in this study were 18 companies. The analysis technique in this study uses the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicate that institutional ownership, managerial ownership, the board of commissioners and independent commissioners have a significant simultaneous effect while institutional ownership, managerial ownership and independent ommissioners partially have no effect on company performance (ROE), while the board of commissioners partially has a significant positive effect on company performance (ROE)
