Abstract
The financial report is a data that could provide an overview and information about the company's financial situation at a period. The data that used in this research is secondary data obtained from PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali financial statements in 2013 and 2014. This study aimed to analyze the financial statements to evaluate the success rate of the company's financial performance. Analyzing financial statements is one of which is a financial ratio analysis. Financial ratios that used in this study include profitabillitas ratio, liquidity ratio, solvency ratio, and the ratio of activity. The result showed that PT. Pembangkitan Jawa Bali as a whole that viewed from financial ratio is successful in improving the company's financial performance because when compared with PT. Indonesia Power, it can show a good financial performance. In addition it relates to the company's policy in achieving the strategic goal related to companies ROA, internally PJB able to achieve ROA of 3.49%.
