Abstract
High stock prices indicate the company financial condition, because stock prices are one indicator of success in managing the company. The level of prosperity of shareholders is reflected in the company share price. The purpose of this study was to determinate the effect of profitability ratios, leverage, liquidity, and market value on stock price in real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2018 period. The sample was determinated by purposive sampling technique, that samples that fit the criteria is 26 companies were obtained. This research uses multiple linear regression method. The result of this study indicate profitability ratios, leverage, liquidity, and market value simultaneously have a significant on stock prices. Partially profitability ratios have positive effect and significant on stock prices, meanwhile leverage, liquidity, and market value has a positive effect not significant on stock prices.
