Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on stock returns on companies included in LQ 45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 43 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression assisted by the SPSS program which includes descriptive tests, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of data processing liquidity ratios (Current ratio), solvability ratios (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability ratios (Return on Equity) do not have a significant effect on stock returns both partially and simultaneously. Key words: Stock returns, liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, and profitability ratios
