Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and spiritual intelligence on the financial management behavior of senior high school teachers and locus of control internal as a mediating variable. The sample consisted of 260 respondents who had characteristics: respondents work as teachers for at least one year, permanent teacher employment status, and the main income comes from teacher salaries. Sampling is done by purposive sampling. Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling in PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has no effect on Financial Management Behavior, Spiritual Intelligence has a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior, Locus of Control Internal has a significant positive effect on Financial Management Behavior, Locus of Control Internal does not mediate the effect of Financial Literacy on Financial Management Behavior, and Locus of Control Internal mediates the influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Financial Management Behavior.
