Abstract
This study tries to determine the effect of liquidity risk as measured by LDR, LAR, and IPR, credit risk as measured by APB and NPL, market risk as measured by IRR and PDN, operational risk as measured by BOPO, and FBIR both simultaneously or in part in core capital (TIER 1) banks group books 3 and book 4. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, which consisted of three banks such as PT Bank Pan Indonesia, PT Bank OCBC NISP, and PT Bank Danamon. Secondary data is taken from published financial statements starting from the first quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2018. They are collected by the documentation method and analyzed using linear analysis. The results showed that, partially, LDR, IPR, NPL, PDN, BOPO and FBIR had a significant effect on the core capital of the book 3 and book 4 banks (TIER 1). As represented by liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk and operational risk in the Bank group from book 3 and book 4.
