Abstract
The purposes of this study are to determine whether the independent variables third party funds (DPK), Net Performance Loan (NPL), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Return On Asset (ROA), Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Bank Indonesia 7-Days (Reverse) Repo Rate have a significant effects on UMKM’s Lending partially and simultaneously and which variable is the most dominant effect on UMKM’s Lending. This study used secondary data of publication financial statements from first quarter of 2014 to the second quarter of 2019 at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah Konvensional. PT. BPD Jawa Barat and Banten, Tbk; PT. BPD DKI; PT. BPD Jawa Tengah; PT. BPD Jawa Timur, Tbk are the samples of this study. The data have been processed using SPSS 26 with F test and t-test. The result of F test explained that DPK, NPL, BOPO, ROA, NIM and BI 7-Days (Reverse) Repo Rate have significant effects on UMKM’s Lending simultaneously. The result of t-test explained that BOPO and NPL have significant negative effect on UMKM’s Lending partially. Third party funds (DPK), NIM and BI 7-Days (Reverse) Repo Rate have insignificant negative effects on UMKM’s Lending partially. ROA have insignificant positive effects on UMKM’s Lending partially. BOPO is the most dominant variable effects on UMKM’s Lending with contribution 14,44 percent.
