Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of the disclosure of climate change, environment performance, and corporate social responsibility to the company performance. The independent variable that use in this study are the disclosure of climate change which measured by GRI G4 index, environment performance which measured by dummy variable with sertificate of environment, and corporate social responsibility which measured by GRI G4 index while dependent variable that use in this study is company performance which measured by return on asset. Sample of this study is manufacture company sector based and chemistry industry that listed in www.idx.co.id for the period 2015-2017. The technique of data analysis that use in this study is logistic regression analysis with SPSS 23.0 For Windows Program. The result of this study explain that the disclosure of climate change and corporate social responsibility have influence to company performance, while environment performance have no influence to company performance.
