Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable LDR, NPL , IRR , PDN , BOPO and FBIR on CAR on Public Commercial Banks simultaneously or partially. The population of on Public Commercial Banks, sample selection based on a purposive sampling technique.Documentation methods to collect data from published financial statements of Bank Indonesia and linear analysis techniques for data analysis. Based on the hypothesis testing results obtained simultaneously LDR, NPL , IRR , PDN , BOPO and FBIR have a significant effect on CAR . Partially LDR and BOPO has a significant negative effect , NPL has no significant negative effect, the IRR has a significant effect, PDN and FBIR had no significant positive effect . Among the six independent variables LDR, NPL, IRR , PDN, BOPO and FBIR the most dominant influence on CAR is FBIR , because it has the highest partial determination keoefisien value that is equal to 45.02 per cent when compared with the value of the coefficient deteminasiparial the other independent variables .
