Abstract
This research aim to identify the perception of male and female’s accounting students about the factors which differentiate of career selection as a public accountants. The factors used as variabel is salary or financial reward, professional training, professional confession, social values and consideration of labor market need. The data was collect from surveyed respondents at STIE Perbanas Surabaya students. The amount of accounting students were 129 respondents. This research use SPSS version 21 and data analysis by independent sample t-test. The result shows that the difference of student’s perception about Factors which influencing career choice are ssalary or financial reward, professional training and, social value. There is no differences perception of professional confession and consideration of labor market need.
