Abstract

There are several ratios here used for the financial performance of Regional Development Banks, namely Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Rattio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Rattio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), and Operational Costs to Operating Income BOPO). The population of this study is the Regional Development Bank which publishes its financial statements respectively during the period 2010-2015. Sampling using pourposing sampling method, so that obtained 25 company samples. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that Capital Adequacy Rattio (CAR) and Non Performing Loan (NPL) have no impact on financial performance using Return On Assets (ROA), while), Loan to Deposit Rattio (LDR) significant to financial performance as measured by Return On Asset (ROA) and Operational Cost to Operating Income (BOPO) are negatively significant to financial performance using Return On Assets (ROA) Keywords: financial performance, Regional Development Banks, Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Rattio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Rattio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (ROA)
