Abstract
The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Equity Structure, Company Size, Independen Commissioners, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Return of Asset on the Firm Value. Firm value was measured by Tobin’s Q while Equity Structure was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, Company Size was measured by Natural Logarithm of Total Assets, Independen Commissioners was measured by deviding independen commissioner and total personnel of the Board of Commissioner, Corprate Social Responsibility was measured by Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure Index, and Return of Asset was measured by deviding net profit and total assets. This study was conducted on minning company using purposive sampling method and the result was 66 firm-years observations. The results showed Corporate Social Responsibility and Independen Commissioners had significant influence on Firm Value while Equity Structure, Company Size, and Return of Asset had insignificant influence on Firm Value.
