Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the board of commissioners size, board of directors, managerial ownership, firms size, and dividend policy has an influence on the company’s financial performance in food and baverages companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis method used was multiple linear regression at the 0,05 level. The data used were secondary data and using sample food and beverages companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2012-2015 with total sample of 40 companies. The result of this research indicate that board of commissioners size and board of directors have a effect on company’s financial performance or ROE. While the managerial ownership, firms size and dividend policy has no effect on company’s financial performance or ROE.
