Abstract
The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to Bank Mnadiri Accountant Employees. Samples were conducted at Bank Mandiri Kota Mojokerto. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis. Employee Performance Accounting is determined by the ability of banks in training each employee to improve work at the bank. The indicator used that how we can see a bank that has a good performance, can be seen not through bank financial performance results only. The purpose of this research is to see employee performance level of accounting department of Mandiri Bank specially by using measurement of Service, Compensation and Loyalty which is independent variable explaining influence of employee performance of accountant as related variable in reaching maximal performance, Especially at Bank Mandiri. The result of F test shows that simultaneously Variant of Enrichment, Compensation and Loyalty have positive effect on employee performance accounting Key words : Employee Service, Compensation and Loyalty
