Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the influence of fundamental models and systematic risk to the stock price of food and beverage company in the indonesia stock exchange. The population in this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (idx) period of 2009 to 2013 with a total 16 of samples of food and beverage companies. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data is collected by taking a financial reporting documentation from the indonesia stock exchange (BEI) and processed by using SPSS program for window 16 with F test and t test. The result of this study is indicate that EPS, ROE and Systematic Risk has significant on price stock. Only EPS and ROE who had a significant influence on price stock. Key words : Performance, Systematic Risk, Price Stock, Food and Beverage
