Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, leverage ratios and profitability ratios of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchanges of Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially, as well as determine and analyze dominant variable effect on the value of the manufacturing company, sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the model simultaneously liquidity ratios, solvability ratios, leverage ratios and profitability ratios affect the value of the company, it can be seen from the results of the regression coefficient ≠ 0. While partially, liquidity ratio, solvability and profitability ratio does not significantly affect the value of the company manufacturing food and beverage sector. Variable leverage ratio as measured by total debt to assets ratio is the only variable that partial effect on the value of the company.
