Abstract
This research aims to analyze NPM, DER and TATO have a significant influence simultaniously or partial toward stock return on mining company that listed in indonesia stock exchange. The sampel of this research are 25 mining companies that fullfil the research criteria. The method of collecting data in this research is secondary data which is taken from annual report in Indonesia Stock Exchange webpage or ICMD from 2011 to 2015. The technique to analyze data is using descriptive annalyze and multi regresion analysis, F test and t test. The result of this research show that NPM, DER and TATO simultaniously have significant influence toward stock return on mining company that listed in IDX. Partially NPM have a positive but not significant toward stock return on mining company that listed in IDX, DER have a negative significant result toward stock return on mining company that listed in IDX and TATO have a positive significant result toward stock return on mining company that listed in IDX.
