Abstract
Financial performance is an illustration to see the success achieved by the company in operational activities. Several factors are indicated to affect financial performance, is CSR and GCG. The purpose of this research is to know the existence of influence between CSR, institutional ownership, board of commissioner, board of directors, and audit committee on financial performance of company. The sample of research is 53 manufacturing companies listed in BEI. The variables in this study were analyzed using SPSS with multiple regression testing. The results of this study showed that CSR, institutional ownership, and board of directors affect the financial performance, while the board of commissioners and audit committee has no effect on financial performance Keywords : CSR, Institutional Ownership, Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, Audit Committee.
