Abstract
The objectives of this researchto analyze the effect of third party funds, capital adequacy ratio, and loan to deposit ratio toward profitability of banks (after the application of IFRS). Profitability of banks in this study was measured using return on assets (ROA). This research using data from the Annual Financial Report of www.idx.co.id Year 2012-2013 (after the application of IFRS). The samples used were 22 conventional commercial banks foreign exchange recorded in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period from 2012 to 2013 who choose through purposive sampling. The analysis technique used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable is a third-party funds and not have a significant negative effect on ROA, as well as for variable capital adequacy ratio positive and significant impact on ROA, while for the loan to deposit ratio is positive but not significant effect on ROA. The ability of the independent variables explain the dependent variable in this study amounted to 17,8%, while the remaining 82,2% is explained by other variables outside the model study.
