Abstract
This study aims to know the ability of independent variabels in predicting firm value. Independent variabels used in this study include profitability, capital structure, and ownership structure. Profitability in this study measured using Return On Equity (ROE), capital structure in this study measured using Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), ownership structure in this study measured using managerial ownership and institusional ownership. Sampel in this study is a property & real estate company sectors on Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2011 to 2015. Samples were selected using purposive sampling method. There are 15 samples used in the study. This study used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Return On Equity (ROE), managerial ownership and institusional ownership significant effect on firm value and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) did not significant effect on firm value.
