Abstract
Purpose of this study is to analyze the determining of RGEC as a standard of healthy condition bank against Return On Asset as a proxy of bank profit. This research use ratio of Non-Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit, Interest Rate Ratio, Operating Expenses to Operating Income, Good Corporate Governance, Net Interest Margin, and Capital Adequacy Ratio againts Return on Assets as a research variable. The sample of the research is consist of 18 Foreign Exchange Conventional Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 and use Multiple Regression to analysis the determining of RGEC against Return On Asset. As a results of F and R2 test, the variable of ROA can be explained by the independent variables simultaneously. In partially, variable BOPO and LDR have a significant negative effect on ROA, while variables that have a negative influence but not significantly are NPL and CAR. Each variable of NIM and GCG showed a significant positive effect on ROA, while only variable IRR that have positive but insignificant effect on ROA.
