Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously and partially to ROA on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. The sample of this research are three banks, they are : PT. Bank PAN Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk, and PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia. Data and collecting data method in this research is secondary data which is taken from financial report of Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. Bank started from the first quarter period of 2012 until the last quarter period of 2016. The technique of data analyzing is descriptive analyze and multiple regression linier analyze, F test and t test. The result of the research show that LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously have significant influence to ROA on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. FBIR partially has positive significant influence to ROA on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. LDR and NPL partially have positive unsignificant influence to ROA on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public. IPR, APB, IRR, PDN and BOPO partially have negative unsignificant influence to ROA on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Banks Go Public.
