Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, ease and benefit variables on the intentions of customer use internet banking Bank BRI in Surabaya. The discussion is based on previous research, from the discussion it turns out that the variable of trust has no significant effect on the interest of usage. Data analysis suggested in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Respondents in this study were 80 large samples and 40 small samples. Data collection using questionnaire. Model offered is expected to be a reference to researchers about the factors - factors that affect the intentions of internet banking use in a bank.
