Abstract
Timeliness of the publication of the financial statements a very important for the company. Because the information contained in the financial statements very helpful for investors and decicion makers. The examined factors of this reasearch are firm size, solvabiliy, public ownership structure and profitability as indeendent variables while timeliness as dependent variable. The population of this research are all consumer good firm at the Indonesian stock exchange that provides financial report for the period 2011 to 2015. The sample of this research are the company in the period was late to publish financil report, so obtained 100 companies. The method of purposive sampling and regression analysis logistics, are use selection sample. The result of the research firm size, solvability, public ownership structure and profitability do not have any influence to the punctuality of financial reporting.
