Abstract
This research aims to analyze whether Investing Policy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Interest Rate Risk And Operational Efficiency Cost Efficiency toward Tier 1 Capital Adequacy on Bank which have one until five trillions Tier 1 Capital Adequacy (bank group book 2) from 2012-2015 for four years period. Sample selection based on sensus technique. Methods to collect data that used in this research is documentation method. The technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis data. The Result of the research showed that Investing Policy Ratio and Non Performing Loan partially have not significant toward Tier 1 Capital Adequacy. Interest Rate Risk partially has positive significant effect toward Tier 1 Capital Adequacy and Operational Efficiency Cost Efficiency partially has negative significant effect toward Tier 1 Capital Adequacy. Keyword : Investing Policy Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Interest Rate Risk, Operational Efficiency Cost Efficiency and Tier 1 Capital Adequacy.
