Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the significance of the effect of firm size, profitability, liquidity, leverage, and share ownership in manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange IFR (Internet Financial Reporting). The population used in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 and has a company website. The selection of sample is using purposive sampling technique. The type of data from this study is quantitative. The data source of this research is secondary data. The data used in this study were collected by documentation method. The documents in question are the company's annual financial statements and data of financial report submission in 2015 and 2016. The data is obtained on the website of BEI. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant effect on internet financial reporting (IFR). While the profitability variable does not affect investment risk.
