Abstract
Capital structure is a fixed finance company that uses the comparison of debt with own capital. This research is meant to find out the influence variable of business risk, profitability and asset growth on the capital structure of food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2012-2015. The sample in this research is determined by using purposive sampling method with total 11 companies. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that business risk and asset growth have a positive effect on capital structure. It means, that the bussniness risk and asset growth is getting high, so the capital structure is getting high to. profitability has a negative effect on capital structure. it means, that the profitability growth is getting high, so that the company's capital structure is getting smaller Key words : Business Risk, Profitabillity, Asset Growth and Capital Structur.
