Abstract
This study aims to test whether there is influence of investment decisions, funding decisions and dividend policy. In this study using signal theory. In particular the purpose of this study is to test, (1) the influence of investment decisions, (2) the influence of funding decisions, (3) the effect of dividend policy. This research uses purposive sampling method, data taken through web www. Idx.co.id. The sample of the study amounted to 17 companies included in the study criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are investment decisions do not affect the value of the company, funding decisions affect the value of the company, and dividend policies affect the value of the company. Keywords : Firm value, Investmen Decisions, Funding Decisions, and Dividend Policy.
